A beautiful flat with a gorgeous view from the balcony. TV has chromecast so you can watch anything you like by pairing your phone to it. Andreas was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions. 5 min walk to nearest metro stop.

Alloggio carino e confortevole.
ottimo per una famiglia con due adulti e due bambini come la nostra.
Il bagno spazioso e con doccia comoda; la cucina grande e ben servita ci ha permesso di cucinare tranquillamente . l' alloggio è situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo,vicino alla stazione della metro e con un gran parcogiochi per i bambini. Bellissima anche la passeggiata lungolago difronte alla casa. Andreas molto gentile e con indicazioni precise e dettagliate su come usare il suo appartamento. abbiamo trascorso davvero una bella vacanza. consiglio molto l'alloggio di Andreas !!

Meine Mädls und ich hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Diese war in echt etwas kleiner als auf den Bilder zu erkennen, jedoch hat es uns dennoch an nichts gefehlt.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
