Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood in northern suburbs of Stockholm. Easy connection to bus and metro. Close to supermarket. Fast internet and excellent kitchen facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the apartment for its spaciousness and brightness. It is very pleasant and we felt right at home. The area is very quiet and conveniently located near the metro and a supermarket.

Had a comfortable stay at Andrea’s place. Place was well heated. Toilet floor was heated too. Kitchen was well fitted and we could prepare and cook some breakfast and dinners. Place was near city so easy to get around with car. Overall great place if hanging out in Stockholm.

A cozy, home like apartment, which offers a kitchen full of utensils. If you are looking to cook, you can't go wrong here! As stated in several other reviews, the TV does not work at all, so expect that. Another thing to note is that there is a high level of questioning before you book the apartment. The host wants a lot of information about you before you can book your stay. Ultimately if you want a place to stay that feels like home, with a good kitchen I would go here.

We had a great weekend-stay at the apartment. Spotless clean and all the utilities were provided. The location is good. The host was very helpfull and responsive. Highly recommended!
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
