Very nice apartment, ideally located and close to everything. There’s lots of natural light and plenty of space. Communication was automated and quick to respond if needed. Everything you need is there.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment, easy to find, great location close to the palace, and central to all the other islands in the city. We walked everywhere.Andreas was welcoming, thorough, and proactive because we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay. We had everything we needed to prepare hot meals We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the espresso set up and fresh beans, ready to go. It was very loud at night over the weekend, even with the windows closed. It didn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to noise, (like my friend) don't forget your ear plugs. They will do the trick. Keep in mind, the streets to and from the apartment are historic cobblestone. Take advantage of the "Gamla Stan" metro stop two blocks from the apartment. Don't walk with your luggage, like we did from Centralstation. (Tip: Roller bags aren't fun on cobblesoe from that distance.) Also, there is no lift!, so pack light!We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Andreas!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
