The apartment is bigger than we expected and was lovely. We liked the little balcony overlooking the archipelago & the easy of getting to and from central Stockholm, with public transport only being about 10 minutes away. Andreas was good about communicating and we would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very big and spacious, and it is nicely decorated. It was also thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The location is a 5 minute walk to a Metro stop with an amazing view of the water! It is located in a quiet pocket of Stockholm.
It seems like this apartment is managed by a company and not an individual person because there were a lot of stock messages from the host with long lists of instructions and rules. I also had to do extra administrative tasks outside of Airbnb in order to book this place and was asked to submit documentation for any issues. This felt impersonal and like extra work to me. The host also reached out to me asking for a 5-star review, which is an immediate turn off for me.
There is no TV, dishwasher, or washing machine in this apartment. The people living above the apartment sounded like they were stomping on the floor. I asked about the doors and was assured the doors were fixed. They were not; the doors are loud, squeaky, and hard to close.

Appartement confortable, joliment décoré. Excellent emplacement à 5/10 minutes du métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre rapidement.
Inconvénients : quelques passages d'avions au dessus de l'appartement, nuisances sonores fenêtres ouvertes. Propriété à usage strictement commercial, quelques problèmes d'entretien : portes qui grincent et qui ne ferment pas (grande chambre), fenêtres anciennes. Manque de vaisselle dans la cuisine (seulement 2 petites cuillères...). Cuisine, salle de bain et WC à rénover pour être à l'image du reste de l'appartement. Dommage ...

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
