We had a great time in Stockholm. The apartment is exactly as described and very easy to reach by public transport. If you’re three people, it may be worth noting that the third person sleeps on a sofa bed, which we found a bit uneven and not quite as comfortable as we would have liked. The double bed, however, is very comfortable.

Perfect little apartment, excellent for two guests. Comfortable, and very close to public transportation. We initially had reservations because we were worried that it would be hard to get to the city center and things we wanted to do. We quickly realized how easy it is to hop on the bus at Broparken or the tram at Store Essingen, just minutes from our front door. Access to the major city with the comforts of a small island, a few restaurants and a grocery store on the road. Everything we needed.

Such a nice apartment, in very quiet and nice area. I'm happy for finding this place, it's a resindetial area, so you have to take the train to go to the center, but the station is like 4 minutes walking! I totally recommend it.

House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
