Prachtige locatie rustig buiten het centrum, goed bereikbaar met bus en trein en een zeer lichte ruimte. Slaapbank was bij aankomst nog niet goed uitgeklapt, maar als dit goed gebeurd ligt hij erg goed. De ruimte voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; voor vier personen wel een beetje krap, maar prima te doen.

Un logement pratique et efficace qui a l'avantage d'etre accessible en 20 minutes par le bus 1 et d'etre sur une ile calme et tranquille. Un balade a proximité permet de se promener tranquillement en soirée et meme de se baigner
complément d'accord avec les commentaires précédents : trop petit et non adapté pour 4 adultes mais avec 2 enfants ca passe.
le logement comprend le strict minimum pour 4 (4 couteaux, 4 assiettes, 4 fourchettes,...) et manque un peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine. Ne prevoyez que des plats basiques et faciles.

Vi hade en fantastisk helg i Andreas lägenhet. Allt var som i beskrivningen och incheckningen gick smidigt. Andreas svarade snabbt på eventuella frågor. Allt var toppen. Rekomenderas.

Vi likte at leiligheten var i rolige omgivelser. Godt med mulighet for å bade i nærheten. Lett tilgjengelig kollektiv inn til byen. Kort vei til butikk. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit:-)

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
