Jag bodde i lägenheten i 4 nätter och har ärligt talat blandade upplevelser.Lägenheten är betydligt mindre än vad bilderna antyder, och skjutdörrarna som öppnar direkt mot gatunivån gör att persiennerna inte kan öppnas för naturligt ljus utan att förbipasserande ser in. Detta påverkade min känsla av trygghet, och att "nyckeln" enbart var en kod på knappsats kändes inte helt säkert för mig som ung ensamresenär.Inredningen är väldigt sparsmakad och saknar en del charm, vilket inte är avgörande, men köksutrustningen hade mindre kastruller än väntat, vilket gjorde att jag mestadels åt ute. På bilderna syns fyra kuddar på sängen, men vid ankomst fanns endast en, och det fanns inga extra sängkläder i skåpet – jag använde därför en annan kudde utan överdrag. Förvaring för resväskor och andra tillhörigheter var också mycket begränsad.Området är välförsett med goda kollektivtrafikförbindelser.Priset är rimligt, men jag skulle inte betala mer för vistelsen.Sammantaget var det en trevlig vistelse.

Evrerything was absolutely superb. Especially the communication - had an issue with AC and Andreas helped me right away. Spotless apartment, quiet location. The bed was extremely comfy too! Thank you very much for making my stay in Stockholm even better! Can defo recommend!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
