Boendet är mycket trevligt, välutrustat och mycket rent. Mycket enkel att komma åt, lite långt från centrum men med ett par bra skor är det perfekt och man kan njuta av mycket vackra vyer 😊 Jag rekommenderar!

Mysigt boende som passar perfekt för en lugn natt. Dock är väggarna ganska tunna, så du kan höra vad dina grannar gör – antingen tar du ett glas och lutar dig mot väggen eller så njuter du av en informativ Mumbo Jumbo redstone-tutorial tills du somnar. Eftersom man kan se inifrån från utsidan, om du värdesätter integritet och föredrar öppna gardiner kanske detta inte är rätt val för dig. Besticken behövde fräschas upp eftersom de hade en stark lukt, troligtvis efter att ha legat i diskmaskinen för länge, och om du planerar att använda strykjärnet är det bäst att rengöra det i badrummet, då det var rostigt och orsakade problem med min skjorta. Det positiva är att du snabbt kan nå buss 55 inom bara några sekunder eller buss 53 som ligger bara ett par minuter bort, vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig till Stockholm Central. Sammantaget var det ett prisvärt boende och en intressant upplevelse – jag skulle definitivt överväga att boka här igen vid en budgetresa.

Överlag ett okej vistelse.Positiva intryck:- Enkel och smidig incheckning med en kod.- Byggnaden är ren och minimalistisk.- Det finns tvål, schampo, te, kaffe samt köksredskap tillgängliga för gästerna.- Lägenheten är ren och bilderna stämmer, men tänk på att den har ungefär samma storlek som ett hotellrum (cirka 10 m2).Förbättringsområden:- Några tallrikar i skåpet hade fläckar och behövde diskas.- Innan ankomsten fick jag fråga om jag var ensam gäst, vilket jag bekräftade – därför fick jag endast en kudde, en toalettpappersrulle och ett täcke som var ganska litet. Som en person som är 190 cm lång, tyckte jag att täcket inte var tillräckligt för att täcka hela kroppen. Detta är bra att känna till om du har särskilda behov.- Lägenheten var kall och termostaten reagerade långsamt – det tog nästan en dag att värma upp från 20 till 22 grader Celsius.- Jag förstår vikten av att ta hand om sitt skräp, men det kändes något överdrivet att Airbnb-hanteringen bad mig att diska och städa, med en antydan om extra städavgifter vid utebliven insats. Jag lämnade två tallrikar i diskhon.

Airbnb i hotellstil. Det är okej, men det är lite mörkt och det kan ge intryck av att folk tittar in.Det saknas en hylla i duschen samt någon plats att lägga din väska eller andra tillhörigheter på.Allt annat är som beskrivet.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
