Great location and easy access via the ferry. A coffee machine is provided.Unfortunately, one of the duvets had a bit of an unusual smell, though the other one seemed freshly laundered. The kettle could really use a good descaling.

A great place to stay with everything you need for a short trip, and it’s conveniently close to the city. Good location, practical furnishings, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. It’s right by the water and close to the ferry connection into the city and towards Nacka Strand. There’s also a bus stop right outside.Communication with the hosts was excellent and any questions were answered quickly. We felt very comfortable.As a small suggestion, a bit more storage space—such as extra shelves, towel hooks, or somewhere to put clothes—would have been appreciated.

Great location. Very convenient—just a short walk to a ferry (via stairs or elevator) that takes you straight into the city, and there’s also an easy bus connection to the Viking Line ferry terminal.A comfortable fold-out sofa bed works well as a third bed.Very spacious.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
