Dishwashers water switch was loose and little confusing. Also the appartment didn’t have a shoehorn and it’s not a big issue but could have been a nice add-on.

A lovely apartment with charming surroundings, let down by chaotic and careless communicationPositive: The apartment looked just like in the photos, and the so-called 'ancient' walls surrounding it gave it a certain charm. Smooth check-in.Negative: The place itself was very nice, but the hosts’ communication was a mess. It was obvious that multiple staff members were managing the chat, yet none of them seemed to read what the others wrote. I’d reply to a message, only to get a follow-up from someone else that made no sense in context. F.e., after arriving and letting them know I had, to which they replied by wishing me a nice stay, I received another message an hour later asking if I wanted express cleaning for an extra fee before my arrival, even though I had just told them I was there.This pattern continued when I forgot an overshirt in the closet upon departure. I realised it just 10 minutes after leaving and messaged them immediately, telling them exactly when I’d be back in Stockholm to collect it. They asked for a photo of the item, which I sent, and promised to speak to the cleaning team before getting back to me. Then... nothing.The day before I was due to collect it, I followed up, only to be asked by a confused interlocutor whether I was sure I was addressing the right hosts, since my booking was already over. It felt like talking into a void. Eventually, that person realised I was indeed speaking to the correct hosts and sent a photo confirming they had the shirt. But after that, each message seemed to come from someone new, with no follow-up or awareness of the ongoing conversation. I was asked for my phone number — never contacted. I was told things would be arranged — then met with confusion.In the end, they simply gave me the number of the cleaning agent, who only spoke Swedish. The hosts didn't help facilitate the pick-up. I had to ask a waitress at a restaurant to call on my behalf and help with the language. Thankfully, we finally met the cleaner, who kindly handed me the shirt. I remain grateful for this blameless agent’s patience. But the stress and communication chaos with the hosts could have been avoided by even basic coordination.

Super great Airbnb. The value for money deserves 10/10. Fantastic location, the ferry departs right near the Airbnb :) Very cozy interior, exactly as shown in the photos!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
