Rather impersonal and not very clean, and the view from the apartment is straight onto a wall. On the plus side, it’s centrally located.The apartment didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. We could only check in at 4 pm, but there was still dirt on the floor from previous guests. There was dust on the furnishings everywhere, and bread crumbs by the dining table. The view was really disappointing—big windows, but you’re just looking at a wall. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

Highly recommended for its location and design, with a few small things that could be improved. We really liked the apartment’s location, functional layout, and decor. Since the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, it felt a bit chilly on the day we arrived, but it was more comfortable afterwards.The dishwasher wasn’t working, and although they replied quickly to my messages, it wasn’t resolved during our stay.

A very beautiful apartment, the host was very nice as well. Everything went perfect, I totally recommend staying here. The views are stunning. But take into account there are no restaurants, cafes nor supermarkets in the neighbourhood.

We had a really great stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a few days. There were three of us staying there—with a regular bed and a sofa bed, it suited us perfectly. If you’re out exploring the city all day anyway, you don’t need a huge amount of space.We also really liked the location and the surrounding area. Communication with the host and the local contact person was very friendly and straightforward.All in all, we can definitely recommend this place and would happily come back anytime!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
