This was a fantastic stay. The apartment looks exactly as pictured and all instructions regarding check in were easy to follow. A beautiful, peaceful area with good access to the ferry and bus stop. Andreas was always quick and friendly in his responses. I would stay again!

Top tip: Take the lift up from the ferry (behind the hotel) if you’re arriving with luggage. Ferry super convenient for getting in and out to town. Beautiful, peaceful island with great view. Sunsets a joy. Nice, short walk along river to supermarket. Excessive check in requirements and impersonal service but we loved the peaceful location with easy transit.

Comfortable stay close to the city Location was great, close to public transport both by boat and bus. View in the room was lovely (small studio H). Easy access with codes and good communication from the host, I had no issues. Everything was very clean, the kitchenette area had plenty of utensils, a kettle, coffee maker and a small stovetop, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment which were enough for a short stay. Room was adequately warm and cosy, shower had enough pressure.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
