Boendet är väldigt trevligt, med en vacker utsikt över havet. När man väl har lärt sig hur man använder båtbussen är det enkelt att ta sig till stadens centrum (det är dock lite krångligare att resa med bil...). Boendet är mycket lugnt och bekvämt. Andreas var mycket lyhörd och svarade snabbt på våra frågor.

Verkligen härligt boende med fantastiska vyer. Jag tog båten varje dag till staden vilket var ett väldigt lugnande sätt att börja dagen. Om du planerar att promenera kan det vara bra att förbereda sig på trappor eller backar eftersom området är ganska kuperat, men det finns även ett busshållplats precis utanför huset. Lägenheten var allt jag hoppades att den skulle vara och mer därtill.

Lägenheten var mycket fin och väl underhållen. Dessutom har den en fantastisk utsikt över Stockholm från fönstret, och du kan snabbt ta dig till stadens centrum med färja. Kontakten med värden var mycket bra. Jag rekommenderar den starkt! 😊

My wonderful stay in the apartment with stunning view. Although the location is not in the centre, it's easy to get there by bus or ferry. Andreas is a quick responder. Highly recommended!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
