Affordable gorgeous views. The view is everything. Only complaint- there are two pillows and they aren’t very comfortable. But you know what? Doesn’t matter. The view is fabulous. The place is stunning. We absolutely loved it. Public transportation made everything close by.

A small but very bright and clean studio. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet it was easy to get to different parts of the city. The view from the window was exceptional!

A practical apartment in a great location with a beautiful view. The best part was the view from the window over the water towards the old town. The apartment was simply but comfortably furnished, and there were plenty of options for hanging up clothes.It was easy to get around from the apartment using public transport. We especially liked how quickly you could take the ferry into the city centre and to the supermarket.The kitchen equipment was a bit limited — there wasn’t even a colander. However, you can easily heat up ready meals in the microwave.When we arrived, there were still dishes in the dishwasher that weren’t properly clean.There was a little buildup in the corners of the shower.We had some difficulty getting into the apartment on arrival because the entry codes were sent via Booking.com weeks earlier rather than by SMS the day before, so we initially missed them. Also, the keypad was black on a black door in a dark hallway, so it took some time to find. Younger guests who are more used to this kind of system may find it easier.

Perfectly located apartment, with buses and the river shuttle just a 3-minute walk away. Peaceful setting and a great view. Excellent apartment quality and a beautiful view.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
