Vi hade en riktigt trevlig vistelse i denna lägenhet. Enkel att ta sig till med båt, tyst i grannskapet, och lägenheten var precis som på bilderna.

Det var precis som beskrivet. I förväg fick jag all viktig information: hur man tar sig till lägenheten, var man kan få kollektivtrafikbiljetter etc. Incheckningen var superpraktisk med kod istället för nyckel. Lägenheten är mycket välbelägen med bra tillgång till kollektivtrafik. Innan utcheckning måste soporna tas ut och sängkläderna tas bort.

Vi var tre studentvänner som var på upptäcktsfärd i Stockholm under 5 dagar. Boendet passade vår tajta budget, och när vi väl var där blev vi glatt överraskade. Lägenheten var mycket ren, hade bra förvaringslösningar, var modern och belägen i ett lugnt område med kollektivtrafik i närheten. Inget att klaga på – allt var perfekt! Ett stort tack till värden och städteamet! Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka 😄

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse, boendet var rent och mycket trevligt, samt lättillgängligt med buss från centrum. Jag kommer att återvända för ännu en vistelse i Stockholm!

Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område men är väl förbundet med centrum (både med buss och färja) och passar bra för tre personer. Instruktionerna för in- och utcheckning var mycket tydliga och enkla.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
