The apartment is in a great location, on a quiet and peaceful island, yet only a 10-minute ferry ride from the city center and well connected by bus.The apartment is quite basic when it comes to storage and kitchen equipment: there aren’t really any wardrobes/clothes storage or hangers, the table is very small, and there are missing pots and other cooking utensils—so you can mostly just reheat food rather than really cook.One important point is that the bathroom and the floor were not as clean as expected on arrival.Customer service replies quickly by email, although there’s only so much they can do.

Nice and neat place in a very very quiet location. Sadly no restaurants or cafés around, nor supermarkets. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and the bed was perfect. Was also perfect with our little son. Just the connection with the bus is quite poor, often had to wait 20-30 min for the next bus.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
