Amazing view and SO cleanPositivt: Jag älskade utsikten från lägenheten, och det var mycket enkelt att komma in då det inte finns några nycklar, bara koder. Lägenheten var prickfri och luktade helt ny. Det fanns allt som behövdes för att laga mat och förvara matvaror.Dessutom var det verkligen lugnt, man hör inget och jag uppskattar verkligen detta i ett boende.Negativt: Jag förstår att lägenheten är ny och ligger i Stockholm, vilket är en kostsam stad, men jag tyckte att priset var något högt eftersom den ligger lite längre bort från Gamla Stan och man är beroende av kollektivtrafik, vilket kan göra vistelsen dyrare. Samtidigt är kollektivtrafiken ganska lättillgänglig; du kan promenera till busshållplatsen på 2 minuter och till hamnen för att ta båten till Gamla Stan på 5 minuter. Jag bodde i 2 veckor och det fanns bara 2 soppåsar tillgängliga. Det hade uppskattats om det fanns lite fler städartiklar, exempelvis för badrummet, för att underlätta underhållet av faciliteterna. Jag föreslår även att det ges information om närliggande stormarknader och restauranger.

Lägenheten är precis som beskriven – bekväm och modern. Området är lugnt och inte alltför långt från centrum. Det enda är att om du behöver ta bussen blir promenaden till centrum något längre. Båten till Östermalm är däremot mycket bekväm och praktiskt taget precis utanför dörren.

Esperávamos melhor condições mas no final de contas foi aceitável.Positive: A vista do quarto e o fácil acesso aos transportes públicosNegative: Na internet parece um espaço muito maior e quando chegamos deparamos nos com um espaço minúsculo e depois o chão estava mesmo muito sujo, não podia andar sem meias que ficava com os pés pretos e debaixo da cama estava cheia de pó como se não fosse limpo há mais de 2 meses e por último a situação da porta que mal fechava e era bastante complicado trancá-la, tendo que utilizar muita força.

Helt perfekt ställe. Vacker utsikt. Jag är väldigt nöjd och kommer tillbaka. Det var bara ett litet problem, dörrkoden var svårt att få till och att träffa rätt nummer. Men jag lärde mig efter enstund.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
