The perfect place from which to set out and enjoy Stockholm Staying in this apartment here made all the difference to our stay in Stockholm. It's not in the city centre, but easily reached from there by bus, or even better, ferry. Its quiet, un-touristy, and (almost) waterfront location faces out towards a Baltic Sea inlet, and our top floor studio, with its floor-to-ceiling window, afforded wonderful views of Stockholm itself, of a waterway busy with all forms of water traffic, and of sunsets. We'd definitely choose to come here again in any future visit to Stockholm. It's clean, modern, well-equipped and thoughtfully fitted out.

Fantastic area with an incredible view. Easy to get to different parts of the city, and there are buses nearby if you want to head out to the archipelago.

Wonderful stay and I would come back when in Stockholm. The view from the room, over the water, was beyond my expectations! New and clean furniture and room. Location easily accessible with bus and ferry. Safe, clean and nice neighborhood

Small and compact; nice, well-kept and clean, in a location that’s easy to get around from. The view is beautiful, and it’s close to both the ferry terminal and the bus stop. The pre-check-in was actually very convenient — thanks to the code lock system there was no need for keys. Everything was clean and had all the necessary amenities; we just didn’t spot the cutlery at first because it was in a smaller drawer inside one of the drawers.

Next time I’m in Stockholm, I’d love to stay here again. The view is spectacular—it felt like being in a movie.Having a room on the top floor also meant it was very bright and full of natural light.

Excellent apartment and a very pleasant stay. Everything was brand new, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Lovely view, and close to bus stops and the ferry.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
