Prisvärt boende med närhet till allt.Positive: Helt klart prisvärt boende med bra läge. Smidigt att öppna dörren till entrén med digital nyckel. Man måste bara läsa instruktionerna noga.Negative: Det enda som vi tyckte saknades var fönster. Städningen av köksredskapen kunde varit bättre.

Vi hade en bra vistelse i Åre! Boendet var fint och hade ett bra läge. Inga fönster vilket var lite tråkigt, men annars var det toppen!

Fint o fräscht boende utan fönster och långsam kundtjänst vid problem.Positive: Rent, fräscht.Negative: Inget fönster vilket inte tydligt beskrevs vid bokningen. Långsam hjälp när den appstyrda nyckeln inte fungerade första kvällen.

Jag bodde här några dagar med min sambo för att vandra under sommaren och därför var läget toppen. Värd var snällt och hjälpsam samt boendet var välstädat och i det litet köket fanns allt man behövde för matlagning. Bara faktum att det inte finns något fönstret i några rum skulle vara bra att veta innan, för det kändes inte konstigt - med för priset vi betalade var det egentligen ingenting man kan klaga över. Rekommendera mycket detta boendet samt Pontus som värd!

Perfekt boende som bas för vandring i området. Fräsch lägenhet, vi saknade dock fönster då det känns lite instängt.(det var tydligt angivet att det inte finns fönster). Men i stort är vi nöjda
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
