All I have to say is that there were a bit too many emails, but that was probably Airbnb itself that was responsible for it.

1. After booking, we’ll need a copy of your ID and a few additional details.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the studio. No parties or larger gatherings without prior approval. The entrance door is monitored by camera, and noise levels are measured with a decibel meter. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) will be called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000; lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels just inside the door. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens/towels are not left neatly gathered: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left in poor condition.
By booking and accepting these rules, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
