It was a bit expensive considering there was no window in the room. There was no way to adjust the temperature. It got warm at night and the air felt quite dry. Otherwise, the apartment was very nice!

Would definitely recommend, the apartment was exactly as described, in a great location for skiing.Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering with Miele appliances. Great to have a cooker rather than a microwave. Key was via a phone app, which just means you have to be organised with your battery!Negative: N/A

It was quite stressful not to have functioning keys😔Positive: I experienced considerable issues with the key app—it did not work at all. It was challenging when no staff was available on site, and the support team’s limited English further complicated the situation. Good location.

Our stay was very good:-)Positive: The location and the fact that everything was fresh!Negative: Electronic keys can feel a bit unfamiliar if you’re not used to them. On our way home, I met a gentleman who was having trouble sorting out his electronic key. He was a Swedish man in his 60s—around 60-65 years old—and likely born in a southern European country. He experienced significant difficulties, partly because he wasn’t very comfortable with English since much of the information was provided in English. I naturally helped him!However, when you book something with everything in Swedish and then later encounter some information in English, it becomes quite inconvenient! Not everyone in Sweden speaks English—please understand!Another point I feel strongly about is the need for a contact number or someone available to assist if there are issues with check-in. In such a large building with many apartments, there should be a person nearby who can help if any problems arise. A bit more service, in short.

Very clean flat, good kitchen facilities,. Very convenient location with Berg bana at 200m. distance giving easy and free transportation to the very hart of the city.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
