Comfortable and stylish accommodation. Perfect to have lift access close to the slopes and to be able to take the funicular from the village.We had a magical view over Lake Åre and Mullfjället.

Wonderful, cosy place with a great view over the whole village, and close to everything — the station, restaurants, shops and the lifts.The apartment is perfect for two; we really have nothing to complain about.The mobile keys were very convenient, although it can feel a bit worrying in case they don’t work.

Nice, modern room with a few shortcomings that should have been easy to fix, but unfortunately it didn’t happen.Positive points:Modern room with a good layout and plenty of power outlets. Nice sleeping area, dining space and sofa, plus a TV.Good kitchen with facilities — however, it would be helpful to have more cutlery and cups so you don’t have to do the dishes after every meal.A luxury to have a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer in Miele quality.Good connection to the ski slope.

1. At booking, we may request additional photo ID and any other necessary information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted without prior approval. There is a camera at the entrance door and a noise-level monitor is used. If rules are violated, a Securitas security guard will be dispatched and you will be charged approximately SEK 3,000.
5. Please take care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the building entrance (as required by Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens and towels and leave them by the entrance. If these instructions are not followed—or if the apartment is left unusually dirty—additional fees may apply:
• Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
• Used linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
• Inadequate cleaning: charged at actual cleaning cost
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
