Super accommodation - would book again anytimePositive: Super beautiful view, direct access to the piste, washing machine & dryer, hairdryer, pleasant shower, very comfortable beds, direct contact options for problems (inquiries were answered online in English within minutes, and even the English telephone hotline worked well), very quiet, good Wi-Fi, good kitchen equipment (pot lids missing), nice decor, plenty of storage space.Negative: The mobile door opener system sometimes took quite a long time to open the door. My phone had significant issues with it, though it worked somewhat better for my husband.A broom is missing.

Charming location, but the accommodation did not quite meet expectations.Positive: The view from the apartment was stunning!Negative: Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned (for example, the bed, kitchen, shower, and sofa), and no cleaning supplies were provided. The apartment lacked curtains, and opening the window resulted in consistent noise day and night from a generator or an air purification system. The Wi-Fi did not work, and the building's front door was also faulty. Communication with the host was somewhat challenging. They responded quickly, but most of the messages were automated. The host offered to have the apartment cleaned, but this could only be arranged for the following day. As compensation, only 123 kroner (approximately 11 euros) was offered, which we had to claim through Booking and have yet to receive.

Positive: Great location, stylish with excellent proximity to the lifts. The sleeping area was a bit warm, there were no curtains on the windows and check-out was a little too early, leaving no option to drop off luggage if you wanted to go skiing the same day. There was no place to dry clothes or ski boots, and ski storage was limited to placing skis a couple of flights up without any door locks. However, the chat support was friendly and accommodating.

WonderfulPositive: Good location, the house is directly connected to the ski lift, large windows with a great view of the city, mountains and if you wish and the weather is good you can also see the northern lights😀. very clean

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
