Positive ting:
Super beliggenhed med ski-in ski-out direkte til boligen.
Meget lækker og nyrenoveret bolig i kvalitetsmaterialer.
Pontus svarer meget hurtigt.
God pris
Negative ting:
Afløb på badeværelse helt stoppet da vi ankom, og ved første bad kom der vand på hele badeværelsesgulvet. Da der var risiko for vand ud på trægulv i stuen, ordnede vi selv afløb. Pontus tilbød at deres medarbejdere kunne have gjort det.
Opvaskemaskinen havde fyldt vand i bunden da vi ankom, og virkede tydeligvis ikke ved vores ankomst. Vi pointerede det, og en vicevært kom efter nogle dage. Han kunne ikke lave den, og de ville bestille håndværker som aldrig kom. Vi vaskede op i hånden alle 7 dage. Pontus tilbød kompensation som aldrig kom.
Desuden var der i ejendommen centralvarme. I badeværelset var dejlig varmt og panel til at styre varmen.
I resten af lejligheden var ingen varme på, og ingen mulighed for at skrue op. Vi fik flytbar varmeapparat.

Fin og delikat leilighet med sentral beliggenheten. Noe kald temperatur i leiligheten, gikk ikke ann å justere på denne.

Jättefint boende nära backar och byn. Nyrenoverat och väl planerat boende för fyra personer.

Vi har haft en kanontrevlig vecka, utan några egentliga problem. Jättefint boende som ser ut som på bilderna, det känns nytt och fräscht. Känslan är som att bo på hotell, med sköna sängar, både lakan och handdukar som ingick. Det har varit smidigt med kommunikation med värden. Dock vid incheckningen kom aldrig kod till nyckelbox, vi fick vänta cirka 30 minuter vid ingången.
Till några negativa saker;
Vattnet rann ner väldigt dåligt i duschen.
Inga diskmaskinstabletter fanns i boendet, tänk på att ta med det. Inga andra städartiklar fanns heller. Konstigt nog kunde vi inte passera in genom huvudentrén med vårt passerkort, fick ta den långa vägen runt byggnaden för att komma in.
Helhetsmässigt var vi samtliga väldigt nöjda med boendet, skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att bo här igen.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
