House rules
1. You may be asked to provide additional ID and booking details.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only. No parties and no unannounced visitors. CCTV is in place at the entrance, and there is also a noise/decibel monitor. If rules are broken, a security guard may be called at your expense (approx. SEK 30).
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 50.
9. Lost keys: SEK 20. Lock replacement/re-coding: SEK 40.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linen and towels neatly gathered by the entrance. Fees if not followed: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not gathered SEK 200. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
