We’re really pleased. Great location, nicely furnished, and completely quiet, so we slept well at night. Great location, a well-sized apartment. Having two separate bedrooms was a big plus.

Great location close to the ski lift. The room is clean, cozy, and nicely renovated. Despite very cold weather (down to −20°C), it was warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Smartphone door access is convenient, but requires keeping your phone charged. Parking and all amenities (shops, pharmacies) are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return

1. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID and some additional information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the agreed number of guests may stay. No parties and no unregistered/unauthorized visitors. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and a noise level (decibel) monitor is installed. If rules are violated, security may be called (Securitas) (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate and treat the property and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for items left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linen and towels by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200; if linens/towels are not gathered: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the home is left unusually messy.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
