Pga bristerna i support och kontakt kommer vi inte att bo här igen.Negative: Krångligt system för att komma in på rummen som rätt va det var inte funkade en dag.
Ingen svarar om man försöker ringa supporten.
Ska man försöka maila så ska det ske på engelska.

Nya upptäckter varje dag då info helt saknadesPositive: Bra tryck i duschen.Negative: Endast en digital nyckel i mobilen, gick ej att dela. Inget städmateriel i lägenheten, en sopskyffel skulle hjälpt. Inget cykel/skidförråd. Ingen välkomstinfo.

Positive: Fin lägenhet med allt man behöver. Om det inte vore för den missvisande beskrivningen till rummet hade boendet fått toppbetyg.Negative: Beskrivning på hur man skulle ta sig till rummet var under all kritik och gjorde så att vi hamnade helt fel! Vi skulle gå igenom flera dörrar och korridorer för att sedan ta ta två olika hissar. Slutade med att vi fick hjälp av en mycket trevlig städerska.

Amazing place, wish theres a physical key.Positive: Clean,lots of space, view is nice.Negative: The key using your phone is alot of hassle. Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesnt. You gotta restart your phone first for it to work.

Bra och mycket fin lägenhet. Begränsad utsikt då den låg med fönster mot berget och vägen.Åre är fantastisk som ort med mycket att göra och ett bra restaurangutbud.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
