The apartment was tastefully furnished and had all the amenities we needed. We had a bit of trouble with the digital door locks, but it worked better on our son’s phone. Our apartment was in the basement, so it was sometimes a little darker inside (few windows and rainy weather). The location is slightly on the edge of the village, but still an easy walk to various activities and the lifts.

It took us a while to find the apartment in the building. Unlocking the doors was a bit tricky; even with the app, it often took several attempts each time. The cleaning was generally fine, but there were crumbs on the table/countertops and it could have been cleaner. The kitchen was lightly equipped for cooking. Note: the smallest room doesn’t have a window. Great location for cycling and close to the city centre. Plenty of space and a good layout in the apartment. A storage room that can be used to store various gear. Parking nearby, which was very convenient. Comfortable beds.

1. After booking, we’ll need a valid photo ID and a few additional details.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered/confirmed guests may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a noise level (decibel) monitor. If rules are broken, a security company (Securitas) may be called; approx. SEK 300.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We’re not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Fee for violation: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes and tidy the kitchen, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels just inside the front door. Fees may apply if not completed: unwashed dishes/cutlery SEK 200; linens/towels not collected SEK 200; plus any additional cleaning costs if needed.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
