Fin lägenhet med gott om utrymme. Bra värd som oftast svarade snabbt på eventuella frågor. Tyvärr var diskmaskinen inte så bra och disken blev inte helt ren. Bastuaggregatet är inte anpassat för en så stor bastu med i vårt fall 5 personer. Kom inte över 70°C trots tappra försökt. Toppen boende i övrigt!

Överlag fin lägenhet och bra boende nära till backen men var vissa saker vi hade önskat var bättre.Svårt hitta lägenhet och bökigt med all packning med låsta dörrar, hissar och trappor. Saknade en bättre säkrare lösning där man kunde förvara skidutrustning. Köksutrustning var väldigt begränsat med få glas, små kastruller, ingen tillbringare, få skärbrädor och knivar, värdelös skalare, långsamma spisplattor, ej hög renlighet efter program i diskmaskin, inga grytunderlägg, inga slevar, inget lock i Micro. Hade önskat avskärmningsgradin i sovrum med fönster mot vardagsrum.

Fint, stor lägenhet med 3 sovrum. Fina sängar och välutrustade badrum. Stor soffa och stort matbord med ett välutrustat kök. Nyckelsystemet med app är så pass okej, men det fungerar till slut! Perfekt för en grupp eller familj som vill ha en lugn vistelse. Undvik om ni planerar fest och hög musik, för här gäller många strikta regler.

Pontus var en väldigt bra värd, enkelt att få tag på honom och till stor hjälp när man behövde. Boendet såg ut precis som på bilderna och låg väldigt nära backen!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
