The first time I’ve been completely blown away by an Airbnb—so much bigger and nicer than the description and photos.It was a little bit tricky to find your way down to the place, but otherwise the location is absolutely fantastic.

Åre is an incredible place with many beautiful corners. Sadly, this apartment reflects very little of that. Located in the -3 basement of a huge, very impersonal building, with dark hallways, trash on the stairs, broken ceiling panels and a bad smell. The interior of the apartment was actually the only positive part of the experience.
That said, people left trash on the terrace, the view was blocked, and we had uncomfortable encounters with drunk neighbors in the hallway. The nights were disturbed by loud music and people running around (it felt like college, which I might have totally enjoyed if I were still in college)
We tried to spend as much time as possible outside the building and the apartment. Overall, a 0/10 home feeling in the apartment with a village that gives a 10/10 home feeling.

Tott is one of the better places to stay in Åre, since access to the slopes is excellent (the Ankarlift is right outside). Very nice apartment and works well for larger groups!

1. After booking, we may request a copy of a valid photo ID and/or additional information.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the apartment and stay overnight. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors require prior approval. For safety and to prevent disturbances, there is a camera at the entrance and a decibel meter (noise sensor) inside the home. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) will be sent to the property (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (as required by Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash up and tidy the kitchen, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels together by the door. Extra charges may apply if instructions aren’t followed or if the apartment is left unusually dirty (dirty dishes: SEK 200; linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200; additional cleaning if needed).

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
