Nice, clean, well finished apartment. Comfy beds, nice sauna. Ski in/out is very convenient but the runs are all red - less confident skiers would have a 10-15 minute walk down to the chair lifts in the town centre or a 5 min walk and up to 20 min wait for the bergbanan.The attached restaurant 'zoft' is very nice.The smart locks on the doors could be a bit fiddly sometimes

Very nice apartment! We had a wonderful winter sports holiday here with our family, and after a day of skiing it was great to relax in the apartment. The sauna was also really enjoyable.We did find it a little unusual that there are no curtains for the large windows opposite the sauna area—especially since it’s next to a walking path where people pass by regularly.It’s also good to be aware that the walk back from the village to the apartment is quite steep. This is clearly mentioned in the listing, and the free little train is a great solution.

2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Parties, larger gatherings, or any additional overnight guests require prior approval. If rules are broken, the entrance camera and a noise-level monitor may be activated. If needed, security (Securitas) may be called (fee approx. SEK 300).
5. Please take good care of the property and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200 (replacement key + service). Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fees for non-compliance: dirty dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not left out SEK 200; plus any additional cleaning costs.
By accepting these rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
