Very nice apartment close to the ski slope, the village, and the mountain lift. It was very pleasant that bedding and towels were included. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with!

Lovely place inside the Tott hotel. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is great that towels and linen are included. Kitchen is well stocked but just no cooking oil supplied so just remember to bring or buy some when you stay. Perfect place, will 100% come back.

Pontus and his team are very reactive. The accomodation is great for a large group, and the ski-in ski-out is a real advantage.

This is the second time we stay at this location. The apartment was as expected, with a very convenient location for skiing. However, the new lock system makes use of an app on your phone. We found this system to be inconvenient, as it often took a bit of time (10 - 40 seconds) before the lock detected the phone and unlocked the door. Moreover, the process of getting the app setup was quite tedious; we were required to input information about every guest on a web page and then repeat some of this information in messages to the host.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid. 

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
