A really lovely place to stay, close to Åre Square. It feels like a large hotel complex, but with private apartments. The property is set high up with a great view; the ski-in/ski-out access is probably even better during peak season. During our stay there wasn’t much snow, so we had to walk a short distance to the slope to start skiing. Since it’s up on the hillside, it’s a bit of a climb from Åre Square if you walk, but there are taxis available and the funicular runs until 10pm. There are two kitchens: a large one connected to the living room and a smaller kitchenette. Comfortable beds and very fresh, clean bathrooms.Pontus was an excellent host and replied quickly—either he answered himself, or customer service replied on his behalf outside regular hours. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment, we where 9 persons and it worked totally fine! Close to the slopes and 10 min walk to the centre of the Pre village. Recommended!

Was super clean & tidy! Great location. We stayed 10 adults - kitchen could be better equipped as lack of correct pans for the induction hob.

1. After booking, we may request additional ID and further information about all guests.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered/confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. Parties, larger gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval are not permitted. The entrance door is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored. If rules are broken, a security guard (Securitas) may be called out (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the property and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged if this rule is violated.
9. Lost key: SEK 200. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out: wash your dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Additional fees may apply if this is not done.
By accepting and signing these rules, you agree to the terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
