Excellent apartment in a prime location. From the apartment you can go straight to the lift and the slopes.Pontus is a fantastic host—helpful, and communication was quick and smooth.

Lovely apartment with ski-in/ski-out access. The apartment has a great view over the valley and plenty of space. It really helped make our ski trip fantastic.

1. Additional ID verification required: To confirm your booking, we require enhanced ID verification and extra details for all guests.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in & check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only: No parties and no overnight visitors without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored—violations may result in a security call-out fee (Securitas, approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Be considerate: Please take care of the apartment and be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding area.
6. No pets.
7. Left-behind items: The host is not responsible for items left behind.
8. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000 for replacement/service; SEK 4,000 if the lock must be changed.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens/towels at the entrance for pickup. Fees: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not left out for pickup SEK 200. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
