Clean and nice apartment, very close to the resort. The only drawback is that the bedrooms don’t have any windows.

I had a really lovely stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and matched the listing well. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything around check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. The location was also perfect for what I had planned during the trip. I can highly recommend the place and would happily come back in the future.

Lovely, spacious apartment with an awesome view. Access to the slopes is simple with a drag lift accessable via a lift and foot bridge to the slopes. The apartment was nice and quiet and the beds comfortable, which is exactly what you need after a day on the mountain. The host uses a third party to manage the apartment which results in an overwhelming number of messages and instructions coming through. They have a lot of systems and automation in place which I assume is to make the check-in/check-out slick and easy, however we paid for an early check-in but were not sent this digital keys in time so were left standing outside the apartment for a long time until we found someone on-site who could assist us. I think this was probably the fault of the third party management, not the host, but if you book an early check in, it would be worth messaging on the day well in advance and request the keys be sent to you in good time. Apart from this initial hiccup, everything else was good!

1. After booking, we may request additional photo ID and details for all guests.
2. Please be considerate—quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the home and stay overnight. No parties, and no overnight visitors without prior approval. There is a camera at the entrance, and we use a noise-level monitor. If rules are broken, we may need to send security/an inspection (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please respect the home and the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Before check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels and bed linens together by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if towels/linens are not gathered: SEK 200. Inadequate cleaning may result in additional charges.
Breaking these rules may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
