This is an exceptionally lovely, spacious, and airy apartment—photos don’t do it justice. It’s set high up on the slope level (souterrain), not on the ground floor as you might think. The views of the mountains and the lake are incredible. It’s renovated, stylish, and very clean.It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the village via the gravel road in front of the building, and around 10 minutes back up because of the steep hill. When we arrived with luggage, we took a taxi—about 5 minutes.It’s also very close to Trollstigen and Totthummeln, which are great for family hikes. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We’d happily come back.

Fantastic location in Åre – ski-in/ski-out, perfect for families with kids who don’t want to walk around in ski boots on Åre’s steep slopes. Plenty of spacious common areas where everyone can find their own spot.

Nice place, great location, and comfortable. The dishwasher could do with an upgrade (it’s hard to get the dishes properly clean). Otherwise, everything was spot on!

Top-class apartment in a great location. If anything, we would have appreciated a bit more kitchen equipment, but otherwise it was an excellent stay!

Convenient access to both the building and apartment.
Apartment is modern and really cozy. All amenities are great and well maintained.
The view from the apartment is superb!

1) Once your booking is confirmed, we will request additional information, including details from a valid government-issued ID.
2) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3) Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4) Only registered guests may be in the apartment/property. No unregistered visitors or parties without prior approval. Compliance may be monitored by an entrance camera and a noise level (decibel) monitor. If needed, security/inspection may be dispatched (approx. SEK 3,000).
5) Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6) No pets.
7) We are not responsible for personal items left behind.
8) Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9) Lost keys: SEK 2,000 for replacement/call-out; SEK 4,000 if the lock must be changed.
10) At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels together by the entrance. Fees: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if linens/towels are not left together, plus any additional cleaning fee if extra cleaning is required.
By booking and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
