A new and lovely apartment with a wonderful view. Ski-in/ski-out, very convenient! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen, among other things.

Lovely accommodation within walking distance of the town centre. Perfect ski-in, ski-out setup. The apartment boasts a fantastic location with stunning views over Åre. Highly recommended!

1. To complete your booking, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and provide any additional information requested.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only. No parties and no overnight visitors without prior approval. There is a camera at the entrance and a noise monitor (decibel meter) is used. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called (approx. SEK 300) and the cost will be charged to you.
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200. Lock change: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels by the entrance for collection. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. If linens/towels are not left out for pickup: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left unusually dirty.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
