Very convenient location for train, tram and subway travel to anywhere in Stockholm.

Great connection to the city.
Apartment clean. Kitchen could/should be better equipped ( only two water glasses and few pots). For four people ok. For more people kitchen table too small. Entrance to the building pretty disappointing.
Overall ideal location to get easily into Stockholm, with ICA and Lidl supermarkets in walking distance and bars and several restaurants below the apartment.
Could be a bit noisy. good Wi-Fi signal. Bathroom is equipped with air dryer.
Highly recommended.

A nossa estadia foi muito boa. O espaço é bastante acolhedor, espaçoso para famílias/grupos numerosos, limpo e muito bem decorado! A localização também é boa , uma vez que tem supermercados muito perto e os transportes para o centro são também de fácil acesso. Apesar de termos tido alguns problemas com o barulho vindo de um bar que fica por baixo do apartamento, o Andreas sempre se mostrou muito atencioso e disponível para tentar resolver o problema. Infelizmente tivemos azar nesse dia, mas os restantes dias da nossa estadia foram passados com bastante tranquilidade!

Host puntuale e disponibile. Comodissimo accedere ai servizi pubblici per raggiungere Stoccolma in pochi minuti. Molto consigliato!

Brilliantly located flat in an area with good shops and cafes close by and excellent train links to central Stockholm and Arlanda airport.
Responsive host with clear instructions and information. We had a very pleasant stay.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
