We had a great stay. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Also I appreciate that the sofa in the kitchen had already been unfolded and prepared as a bed for sleeping before we arrived.

Nice apartment, in a great area! Near bus station, metro station, stores, bars and supermarket. Quiet place, and they have everything you need for a nice stay.

We stayed here and had a lovely experience. The accommodation was in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by charmingly decorated houses which created a very cozy atmosphere. From here it was very easy to reach the city center, which was a big plus for us. (the bus stop is very close)
Inside, everything was nicely arranged and felt homey. It was a bit colder than what we are normally used to, but overall still comfortable. In terms of value for money, we were very satisfied — for the price we paid, we definitely got a great stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
