Public transport and a supermarket are nearby. It’s a quiet, green area—ideal for unwinding after a busy day in Stockholm, while still being easy to get to.

Suitable only for a short stay, despite being advertised for longer stays.The apartment felt cold and damp, with ventilation relying entirely on opening the windows. However, the windows are directly blocked by bushes, which also allows insects to enter the apartment.There is no wardrobe or proper storage for clothes, and no hooks for jackets or towels in the bathroom.Kitchen amenities are very basic. The apartment was also dusty, with spider webs visible in some corners.I eventually received a refund through Airbnb. The host did attempt to address some of the reported issues, but in my opinion the efforts were limited and did not resolve my main concerns.

The apartment is very nice; however, a bit more storage would have been helpful (the existing cupboard is used for cleaning supplies). The bedroom window didn’t open (we didn’t want to force it). The bathroom sink is much too small and not very practical to use; it would have been more functional to replace the toilet in the bathroom with a larger sink (there is already a second toilet). We had a great stay. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Also I appreciate that the sofa in the kitchen had already been unfolded and prepared as a bed for sleeping before we arrived.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
