Mycket rent och överlag funktionellt. Diskmaskinens lucka hade några problem, så vi valde att tvätta för hand istället; annars fanns städredskap i närheten. Allt var precis som beskrivet och enligt recensionerna. Vi hade inga problem med att höra grannar gå igenom den intilliggande korridoren, och personerna i trädgården höll sig tillräckligt på avstånd så att de inte kikade in genom fönstren. Ugnen och köksredskapen fungerade bra totalt sett. Tyckte om att det fanns två toaletter. Du kan hänga dina kappor i förvaringsrummet – vi använde främst våra resväskor som klädförvaring, vilket funkar bra för en kort vistelse. Det skulle vara trevligt med en krok precis utomhus för påsar eller kappor, men vi löste det med att använda stolar. Möblerna var bekväma. Tack

Cuisine non équipée ! Chasse d’eau qui fonctionnait pas..Pas de télévision..Bref, peut etre une nuit pour dépanner dans ce logement mais pas plus.Vous pouvez vous déplacer uniquement en bus ou uber pour vous rendre dans ce logement.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
