Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht! Sie ist hell, geräumig und modern. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Stockholm zu erkunden. In nur ca. 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof und in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Pendelzug das Stadtzentrum. Leider konnte man nicht direkt auf dem Grundstück das Auto abstellen, wir haben aber problemlos in einer gegenüberliegenden Seitenstraße einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Küche ist leider für 5 Personen etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlt in der Küche ein großer Kochtopf, Müslischüsseln und allgemein etwas mehr Ausstattung.
Wir konnten unsere Woche dort aber sehr genießen und haben viel erlebt!

we stayed for a couple of nights.
it is alao very close to the bus stop (which takes you to the metro station) and not too far if you feel like walking to the metro station. from the .metro station, it is a short 15-20min train to the centre of the city.
the place can accommodate upto 6 people easily. it is big, spacious and clean. totally worth the money.
the host is also communicative.
would recommend the place.

Clean and peaceful space to base yourself for a trip to Stockholm! Very comfortable apartment and easy access into the city centre. We loved our stay here.

Nice place. It was a little unprepared for our stay. Only one of the rooms had been made up so my colleague had no bed linen for the first night. Otherwise it was spacious and close to the convention centre for us which was good. Nice place, a few extra touches and attention to detail like bed lined would make it better.

Nice apartment. Convenient location for local bus travel. But it has very tiny shower chamber which is difficult to go in. Kitchen utensils are inadequate. Need to keep bigger cooking bowls and panes. There is no lift to go up to second floor and stairs are very inconvenient with luggage and for senior citizens. Check in is complex with three codes , lock for the wooden rack , lock box and then code for building access. No washing machine here. Very basic place.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
