⚠️PUNAISE DE LIT ABONDANTES DANS UNE DES CHAMBRES⚠️Pour 60€ de frais de ménage c'est une honte. Le propriétaire ne semblait pas tellement inquiet à propos de ça. Il nous a organisé un rendez vous avec le manager de l'immeuble pour régler le problème, mais celui-ci n'est pas venu et notre contact à cessé de répondre pendant plusieurs jours.
Ils nous ont fait dormir dans un appartment bien plus petit que celui prévu (un canapé et un lit au lieu de 2 lits). Cela, après nous avoir fait nous laver entièrement, mettre nos vêtement dans des sacs poubelles NOUS avons dû acheter.
À chaque fois que nous les mettons face aux problèmes que nous avons rencontré, ils ont fait en sorte d'arrêter de nous répondre.
Nous avons perdu un jour complet de notre séjour à cause d'eux (sur 3 jours) et n'avons pas pu utiliser nos manteaux et sacs à dos parcequ'ils ont été contaminé par ces insectes.

We extended our stay but could only book a different room type. As it was considered a different booking, I did not get to enjoy the weekly discount unfortunately. Even though the new room was next door, we had to adhere to the check out time of 11am and check in at 4pm unless you pay about 400 SEK. Other than this, the stay was comfortable and location very convenient.

Stayed here in between moving apartments and it really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! A fully equipped (albeit small) kitchen, lots of storage space and quite clean. Also location was good, with communication (both boats and the train) around the corner. Train yard is literally just outside the building but not really anything that’s bothering (in fact for our 2-year old it was an added bonus!)

We had a nice stay. Calm and safe area, near to train/ tram and ferry, supermarket nearby.
Apartment clean and like in the fotos. We would come back.

The location is a bit far from the city center but the train stop is pretty close to the apartment building.
The apartment itself had everything we needed. The host gave very clear and easy to follow instructions.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
