Modern and new design, clean and tidy.
Around 10-15mins walk to metro station and supermarkets.
Some issues:
- No instruction for how to use the houseware, and the host seems not familiar with the facilities. Struggled to use the washing machine at the beginning, and it finally worked only when you switched on another device. It’s a bit annoying.
- One of the cooking pots is kind of burnt and not good for use, the host replaced with the new one on the 3rd day after check in.
- Be mindful that there is no microwave oven
- The spring mattress is not comfortable for us, the other will be disturbed even if one slightly roll the body. Also the bed squeaked quite loud, couldn’t sleep well.

Very beautiful and clean stay. The Apartment was as advertised and Andreas was more than friendly and welcome to help!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, l’appartamento è vicino a tutto (supermercato, McDonald’s h24, fermate autobus, metro), Andreas è stato super gentile quando (per colpa mia) si era presentato un problema fuori l’orario di check in e mi ha risposto subito risolvendo tutto.
L’appartamento era davvero molto pulito e c’era tutto il necessario anche per un soggiorno più lungo del mio.
Lo consiglio veramente a tutti, per un soggiorno futuro non esiterò a contattarlo.

Staying five days in this apartment was quite good as we had all the equipments needed to use. Also, the home was so clean and comfy at the same time. thank you!! ✨

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
