It was my first time visiting Stockholm with my family. At first I wondered if the place might be a bit far from the city, but the metro was just a 3-minute walk away, and getting to the center by metro took less than 15 minutes. The apartment was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable and clean. If I ever come back, I would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything.

The five of us stayed at the accommodation for a weekend trip to Stockholm and felt very comfortable. The location is excellent: there are plenty of supermarkets as well as cafés/bakeries within walking distance, and it’s a short walk to the water. Getting to the city center is quick too—about 15 minutes by train, which is easy to reach, and the connections are very convenient. The apartment was clean and exactly as described, and the communication was great as well. We’d be happy to stay again.

Our stay was truly fantastic! The location was perfect for us, and after day trips it always felt like coming home. The sofa bed was also a great solution, so everyone could sleep comfortably—spread across three different bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything else was clean, and communication was flawless throughout. We also appreciated that there was no TV—it gave us the perfect chance for a bit of a digital detox. At times we would have enjoyed having a small radio, but that’s really just a minor wish rather than a real criticism. All in all, we’re extremely happy and would love to come back anytime!

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment. It was clean and fairly well equipped with what you need to cook meals at home. Although we had a small issue with the lock on arrival (it was quite stiff), the host tried to respond fairly promptly.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
