A really lovely and luxurious apartment—actually even better than the photos. Beautifully furnished, with an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding scenery framing the mountain. Spacious rooms, and we were very happy with our stay.Please note: there’s a steep uphill walk from the village, which may be challenging for small children or for older guests who find walking difficult, but for us it worked perfectly. The hotel doesn’t offer any services during the summer, which is good to know. We also had a few minor issues with the lock system, as you need a smartphone to unlock the door.

We had a really lovely stay in the apartment. Easy ski-in/ski-out and a very fresh, well-kept place. The cleaning and linens were excellent! We’d definitely come back again.

A very fresh and lovely place to stay with a fantastic view over Lake Åre and Åre’s ski slopes. The accommodation is close to the lift that takes you to the ski bridge leading to the Tottlift. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

1. After booking, we may request a copy of a valid photo ID and some additional information.
2. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No parties and no overnight visitors without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV, and we use a decibel meter to track noise levels. If rules are violated, security (Securitas) will be called and the guest will be charged approx. SEK 3,000.
5. Please treat the apartment and our neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is not allowed indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 (key + service). Lock change: SEK 400.
10. At check-out: wash dishes and tidy the kitchen, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. Fees if not completed: dishes SEK 200, linens/towels SEK 200, plus any additional cleaning if needed.
By accepting and signing, you confirm that you will follow the rules above. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
