This apartment's best feature is the location. It is a short walk to Bagarmossen metro station, which is very well connected to central Stockholm. It's also very easy to get into the absolutely stunning national park, with amazing cycling / running / open-water swimming options within just a few minutes. There are also very good supermarkets and decent food options nearby. The apartment itself is functional - the living room is a nice space and the bedroom / bathroom / kitchen are all perfectly functional if a bit dated. The price is quite high but in a very expensive city I don't think you'll do much better. If you are just looking for a base with access to green space and the city, it's absolutely perfect - especially as check-in / check-out was so straightforward and Andreas is such a responsive host.

Lovely place! A nice apartment that suited our small group really well. The balcony was wonderful to have — a big plus. Andreas was as helpful as always, no issues at all! The apartment didn’t have a TV or a microwave, but we didn’t need them since we were out and about and cooked our own meals. Fresh furniture and a great kitchen! Clean beds and a sofa bed too. We were super happy with our stay!

The apartment is in a great location thanks to the nearby metro. However, it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Also, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working because the router was broken—an issue the host was aware of but hadn’t informed us about in advance. The suggested solution (an eSIM at their expense) felt a bit inconvenient for us.

Spacious and very charming accommodation, clean and tidy. Great location—5 minutes from the метро stop, and you can be in the city centre in about 10–15 minutes.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
