Nous avons séjourner à 3 dans ce logement et ce fut très agréable. Les photos correspondaient parfaitement a la réalité et notre hôte était a l'écoute et disponible. Le coin est calme mais le passage du tramway n'est pas a négligé si vous avez le sommeil léger.
Le seul point négatif était la cuisine… en effet, dès que nous allumions la gazinière cela faisait sauter toute l'électricité dans l'appartement. Il était donc impossible de manger dans le logement.
Ce dernier reste tout de même très chaleureux et cozy pour un petit séjour tel que le notre.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit unserer Familie. Das Apartment ist klein aber fut ein paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend um auch mal etwas zu kochen. Unten sind ein paar Restaurants und Bars aber es ist nicht übermäßig laut. Die Straßenbahn stört nachts vielleicht ein bisschen, dafür ist die Lage sehr gut. In die Innenstadt von Stockholm. Kommt man bequem in weniger als einer halben Stunde. It der T10 und auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man in etwa 30 Minuten eine. Sehr schönen Weg am Wasser ins Zentrum nehmen.
Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Herd aber wir haben innerhalb weniger Stunden einen Ersatz vorbei gebracht bekommen.

Everything with Andreas's apartment was well during our stay. The area has many restaurants, and Markets to buy goods, and less than a few minutes by walk to reach at the metro station. Also, other side of the street you will reach to the train and public transportation. Just one thing is not satisfying us, was about the electronic infrastructure of the property, when you turn on electronic kettle or stove, you will lose the electricity, then you should turn the fuse back on to everything works.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
