Nice flat in a calm and nice neighborhood.
Eventually a toaster could be added to the kitchen equipment since it is a common tool for fixing breakfasts

Nice place in a quiet residential area of Stockholm. Very easy and efficient to get into central Stockholm via the metro from here. The apartment is very nice and modern. It was somewhat lacking in kitchen and dining amenities. The bedding and towel situation was also a bit insufficient, given the extra surcharge per guest. Could also benefit from some improved blackout blinds in the summer, since sunrise is so early.

Nice bright, clean apartment. 5 mins walk to supermarket and subway, 20mins to the centre of Stockholm. Great communication from the hosts. Not sure the sofa bed would be comfortable for 2 adults.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential.

Nice and clean apartment. Only a few minutes away from the metro station and city center. Perfect if you’re looking for a place to stay over the weekend.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
