Location dans une grande maison comprenant quatre logements, très calme et bien situé pour découvrir Stockholm.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, il manque toutefois un micro-ondes, une cafetière de meilleure qualité et changer la poêle qui est complètement rayée d'usure.
L'appartement reste néanmoins très agréable à vivre.

Heel leuke appartement. Rustig en mooie buurt. Dichtebij de metro en bus. Appartement was comfortable. Misschien nog een pan zou leuk zijn geweest. Maar voor de rest, de bed was goed, de badkamer had ook alle zeep en shampoo en een goede douche. Er was ook zout, coffee en olie in de keuken. Top plek.

Appartement propre et au calme , accessible en 20/30’ du centre ville . Bien je pense pour 2-3 jours mais si vous restez plus longtemps vous risquez de souffrir de certains désagréments : cuisine très peu équipée ( même pas un saladier et aucun micro-ondes) , surtout pas de volets ni stores dans le salon où il y a un couchage prévu pour 2 , impossible de se reposer quand il fait plein jour à 5 heures du matin. Enfin une serrure très difficile à faire fonctionner et aucune aide durant la semaine malgré nos différentes demandes. Nous en gardons de ce fait un souvenir mitigé qui aurait facilement été effacé par davantage de prise en compte de notre interlocuteur . Sans doute la pleine saison n’a pas aidé !

Appartement très moderne et très lumineux, très facile d'accès (juste à côté du métro , situé à 10 minutes du centre). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le quartier très paisible.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
