Good, clean, neat and cosy apartment. Everything appears new and well maintained. The only thing is check-in form required pretty much personal information which could be a bit challenging to fill in.

Needs a bit more furniture - chairs, side tables etc and an iron would be super helpful. Bathroom is very small too. But otherwise, worked ok for our short stay

Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Easy walking distance to shops and public transportation. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Great, small and cosy apartment. The U-Bahn station as well as supermarkets are within a short walk. Quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has the essentials (though a few more items would be nice). One suggestion: if the apartment is meant for 2–4 people, it would be better to have a proper sofa bed—one you can pull out—rather than having to push several separate pieces of furniture together. Other than that, everything was great.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
