Small but cost apartment, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this.

Everything was fine, but we didn’t realize it was a basement apartment, so it had less natural light. Overall, the amenities and services were as expected. As a possible improvement, it would be helpful to include a few basic kitchen essentials like salt or sugar, and especially a microwave, which is very practical and inexpensive.

Lovely peaceful location, 5 mins from metro so a great base to explore from. Host very responsive. I was a little nervous about the need to access the studio via an app instead of a physical key having not come across this before but it was totally straightforward & this self check in enabled us to access the studio late in the evening. A great base for our stay in Stockholm.

The place was clean and comfortable! There was a bus stop very close by, so we had quick and easy access to the city center by bus.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
