Huset var riktigt bekvämt, verkligen ett fantastiskt ställe att bo på under vår semester! Bädden och bäddsoffan var bekväma och hjälpte oss att få en bra vila. Om jag får chansen att åka tillbaka till Sverige skulle jag definitivt välja den här lägenheten igen, och jag rekommenderar den starkt.

Boendet var mycket rent och precis som visat på annonsens bilder. Jag kände mig väldigt bekväm där, helt lagom för en till två personer. Andreas skickade dessutom flera förslag angående kollektivtrafik och hur man bäst tar sig till lägenheten. Jag skulle semestra där igen.

Har allt du behöver. Du kan enkelt nå stadens centrum på 15-20 minuter till fots. Har ett riktigt fint kök.

Check-in- och utcheckningstiderna är fasta och inte flexibla (om inte extra avgifter tillkommer) Boendet motsvarar beskrivningen – det är trivsamt, allt fungerade och det var rent. Däremot är instruktionerna vid utflyttningen mycket strikta med tanke på den begränsade tid städteamet har för att återställa lägenheten (tvätten ska placeras på ett specifikt ställe, soporna på ett annat osv…) Sammanfattningsvis är flexibiliteten mycket låg och kommunikationen nästan obefintlig, då värden har en dominerande ställning på uthyrningsmarknaden i Stockholm och anser att automatiska meddelanden är tillräckliga. Vi meddelade vår önskade ankomsttid under bokningssamtalet (utan att få svar då), och vid ankomsten informerades vi om att vi först skulle få tillträde till boendet fyra timmar efter ankomst, med svaret: "Jag godkände aldrig en annan ankomsttid under vårt samtal (tidig ankomst medför extra avgift).

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
