The location was ideal as I wanted a place in Nacka close to my best friend’s house. The place was clean but the check-in was terrible. Their check-in time was 1600. I arrived at 1700. The place wasn’t ready. The cleaner wasn’t finished on time and trying to communicate with her was difficult as she neither spoke Swedish nor English. On top of this, there were no towels or bed linens ready. I informed Olof, and those arrived at 2000. Imagine being exhausted from travelling and having to deal with this. Not ideal. Then the cleaner tried to say I was checking in with multiple guests and a child when it was my best friend, her husband, and their kid helping me with my luggage as they lived down the street. That was very annoying because she couldn’t communicate well enough in a common language to ask us and get a proper explanation. Then there were the constant texts about paying extra to stay late or to check in early. It’s ridiculous to have a check-in time of 1600 and checkout at 1000

We had a lovely time in Nacka. The appartement was very close to the boat to stockholm city centre (not even 5mins walk) and the little islands around Nacka were really nice and easy to visit. A big shopping centre is about 15mins walk away and busses to stockholm are there too. The mattresses are very soft and the bathroom is big and had everything we needed.

Good place to stay. Very nice and quiet neighborhood close to city center and lots of transportation options (boats rides are best). There are few good places to have a drink or food near the water. The appartment itself was clean and good equiped. And the host was friendly and always responsive to all questions.

The stay matched the description. It’s located in the basement level of an apartment building, and questions were answered quickly. However, the experience felt very transaction-focused and a bit removed from the warm hospitality you often find on Airbnb.When I received instructions on how I was expected to fill in the feedback (that it matches the description and therefore is good), it cost a star. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, spacious private room in a quiet area with good connections to the city, this place is a solid choice. Around the corner from the building you can enjoy a beautiful view over the water from the hill. We loved starting and ending the day with a boat trip of just over half an hour into town. There’s a small supermarket nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. The bus and the boat are also close by.

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos, very clean, and the host was excellent with communication. The only downside was the location—there wasn’t much nearby, and getting to tourist areas took some time due to multiple bus transfers and walking.

3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
