Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, nur leider ziemlich unsauber. Auch war ich etwas enttäuscht über die Menge der Bettwäsche und Handtüchern zur Relation der Länge meines Aufenthalts. Ich habe dort 4 Wochen verbracht und nicht einmal stand mir das Wechseln der Bettwäsche oder Handtüchern zur Verfügung. Fand ich etwa schade. Auch der defekte Kühlschrank war ein Riesen Manko, er fror alle meine Lebensmittel ein.
Die Bewertung schreibe ich hauptsächlich als Dank an das Air-Bnb Support Team , welches mir bei diesen Unannehmlichkeiten eine absolute Hilfe war. Super schnelle und hilfreiche antworte zu jeder Zeit. Auch erkundigten die Mitarbeiter sich ob eine Verbessrung stattfand und standen auch telefonisch zur Verfügung. Top Service! Vorerst war ich mir unsicher, jedoch kann ich jeden empfehlen bei Unannehmlichkeiten sich zu jeder Zeit an das Air Bnb Support Team zu wenden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in Nacka. Olof war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Problemen geholfen. Das Zentrum war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und es ist eine angenehme Wohngegend.

Overall, the accommodation was really nice! It is a bit outside of the Stockholm city centre, but you can easily reach it by bus or boat (which I can definitely recommend, as it is a beautiful ride)! The room was very clean and had everything, the bed was really big as well. The only thing missing were towels for the kitchen to dry the cleaned dishes. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay at the AirBnB and loved the area at Nacka Strand. Olof was a great host and can definitely recommend for a city trip to Stockholm.

Olof es una persona muy amable y todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente y se aseguró que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras desde el principio.
Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento y sin duda regresaré, ya que está muy bien ubicado y la zona es muy bonita.

Amazing place. Good communication with the host. Would recommend it.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
