Es una habitación y salón abierta. Con un amplio baño y cocina aparte pero sin puerta. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días. El único inconveniente es que el extractor de aire de la cocina, que está funcionando a todas horas hace algo de ruido, como un silbido.

Positive: Τοποθεσια.
Negative: Δεν ήταν στρωμένο το ένα κρεβάτι( καναπες-κρεβατι ). Μας είχαν αφήσει απλά τα σεντόνια και το στρώσαμε μόνοι μας.
Μας ζήτησαν να πλύνουμε τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια καθώς και να ξεστρώσουμε τα σεντόνια! Και όλα αυτά ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει στην τιμή cleaning fee 90 ευρώ περίπου. Επιπλέον, δεν μας δόθηκε επιπλέον χαρτί τουαλέτας όταν ζητήσαμε και μας είπαν να αγοράσουμε. Τέλος, στο ένα από τα 2 δωμάτια ο νεροχύτης δεν είχε καθαριστεί όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο.

A nice little spot in a fab location in walking distance to loads of great bars, restaurants, cafes and shops etc. A basic apartment but everything we needed for a few days exploring Stockholm and definitely good value for money. Thank you for having us!

L'appartement était très agréable mais les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Le reste de l'appartement restait agréable et fidèle à la description.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
