Comfortable for a long stay, but shared facilities can be hit or miss. The property uses a self-check-in system, and once you get used to it, it can be a comfortable place for a longer stay. The building seems relatively new. There is a shoe rack near the entrance, so bringing indoor slippers would be useful. There is a shared kitchen area where guests can prepare their own meals. The garbage disposal area has separate recycling bins, although they were almost always full during my stay. The refrigerator also contained some old food that appeared to have been left there for quite some time, so I was not sure how regularly it was being managed. There is also a gaming PC area, although I personally found it a little difficult to approach. On the other hand, the private room itself was comfortable, with its own shower room and a large desk, which was very convenient for working. The shared kitchen and laundry area were sometimes quite dirty. I think the overall level of comfort depends greatly on the other guests staying there at the same time. There were two washing machines, but one of them was out of order. There were also three dryers, with one out of order. The machines may be a little difficult to use, so clearer instructions might help prevent damage or misuse.

Good location, next to the train station. Clean and decent facilities. Host responses fast. The laundry room with dryer and washer are included in the building. Sadly, they do not offer hairdryer.

Good value for money.Close to public transport (SL). There were some hairs in the bathroom and in the bed, and a few in other places as well.

Andreas's Airbnb is located in a new building and also a good location. Even though there is new condo construction outside the interior is very quiet with the windows closed. The room is very small, but it has a typical Swedish minimalist design that is very functional.There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement that make long stays more manageable. However, like my last stay one washer and one dryer need repair. Overall Andreas's Airbnb is a good Aparthotel alternative. Donald

4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
