Really close to the station (about 200 metres). There are lovely shared areas, such as a table tennis room, a gaming room, and a large kitchen with double induction hobs and two fridges. In my room there was also an induction hob to heat food, as well as a microwave, a desk, plenty of storage, and a nice bathroom with a shower. I thought 12 m² would feel small, but it was just right.

It was a lovely place to stay — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The neighbourhood was wonderful, with plenty of things to do and see nearby. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it.

Acceptable, but nothing fancy. What I liked: the location. It’s not central Stockholm, but the station is very close, and you can get into the city in about 20 minutes. Inside, it’s fairly clean. There’s a shared area with a kitchen, a game room, and a laundry room. A large desk and plumbing that works fine. Overall, it’s very basic.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
