Best apartment hotel in Stockholm!Positive: Modern, clean, great location, great service and really really great value for the money!

Stayed for a week—cool concept, but poorly executed.Positive: Great location near the train station in a newly developed area.Spacious room with large windows, a kitchen (fridge, microwave, hotplate—though cooking was only allowed in the common kitchen).Nice common spaces with gaming PCs, board games, books, and a shared kitchen with a coffee machine.Negative: Listing feels misleading - Check-in/out times differed from what was stated online. It's advertised as a 3-star hotel, but lacked basics—no reception, no staff on-site, no daily cleaning, and no breakfast. Even in their overly intrusive check-in questioner they ask "Why did you choose short term rental instead of hotel?". We had to answer this list of quite personal questions twice and sign an extensive list of house rules online.Every single door and elevator is accessed with digital key (mobile app using Bluetooth) which is extra inconvenient if you are two guests because only one phone could have the key at a time.While basic cleaning was done, details were overlooked—dirty bathroom drawers, stained couch and cushions, some dirty dishes and leftover toilet paper from previous guests left us feel uneasy. There were small maintenance annoyances like TV remote not working, a bedside lamp with no socket, very few hangers considering the amount of closets etc.The place has potential but feels like a cash grab with minimal effort put into guest experience. With just one on-site staff member and a more attentive cleaner, it could easily be a 9/10. As it stands, it’s a 6/10—only worth it if gaming is your priority and you don’t mind the lack of service or attention to detail.

Nice hotel but with suboptimal service and customer interactionsPositive: The decor and modern design are attractive and conveniently locatedNegative: The customer service and the manner in which they communicated left much to be desired; they were reluctant to engage in conversation and the system was inefficient. When I asked for assistance, I was advised to check my email to ensure nothing had been overlooked. Additionally, finding parking was very challenging.

It is a pity that only one key is provided for two guests.Positive: Excellent location with convenient access to public transportation. Great value for money. The property is modern and newly built.Negative: We felt that the online check-in process, which required filling in numerous forms and details, was somewhat excessive and redundant. The fact that only one electronic key was issued limited the mobility of the two guests. Furthermore, the handling of our concerns could have been more thorough to enhance the overall experience.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
