The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The view of the water is beautiful and on the other side you get a city view. Everything was just right :)

Everything was fine overall, but I found the apartment a bit chilly and noticed an unpleasant sewage smell in the shower room.

The apartment is very spacious and offers a truly pleasant panoramic view. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The neighbourhood is quiet, and just a short walk away you’ll find both the metro and the bus station, which will get you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The public transport is very efficient. I really enjoyed my stay.

2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. To ensure compliance, there is an entrance camera and a decibel (noise) monitor. Violations may result in a fee of approximately SEK 3,000 (e.g., if security is called out).
5. Please be respectful of the apartment and the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost keys: SEK 200; lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out, please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used sheets/towels together by the door. If not followed, extra fees may apply (SEK 200 for dirty dishes left behind, SEK 200 if sheets/towels aren’t gathered, plus any additional cleaning costs).
Breaking the house rules may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
