El apartamento está muy bien, buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo. Al llegar tuvimos un problema, y es que el apartamento no lo habían limpiado de los anteriores huéspedes, lo que nos causó algunas molestias, pero Olof lo resolvió ofreciéndonos otro apartamento igual e incluso un poquito más grande. La estancia ha sido muy buena, esta ubicada en un lugar tranquilo y la cama es muy cómoda, la cocina está equipada con lo necesario, y el baño es muy amplio. Todo estaba limpio, y quitando esa incidencia, todo bien.

The flat is located close to bars and restaurants at the heart of Södermalm. The surroundings are nice for running and walks by the waterfront. The flat is clean and functional but feels a bit old and as if it was a service apartment for elderly people. It was disappointing that you need to take care of your own garbage even though you pay a cleaning fee and we were surprised that the owner asked for our social media profiles ahead of accepting our request for booking even though we had a full Airbnb profile with reviews.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
